Lawrence – Thursday evening Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins debated Tobias Schlingensiepen for the third time in five days.  Like the previous debates, Congresswoman Jenkins discussed her vision for Kansas and how she plans to lead our country out of the dire economy predicament in which we currently reside.

Once again, Obamacare was an important topic in the debate.  When asked about whether he supported Obamacare, Tobias Schlingensiepen provided his a third opinion on the subject since the Eudora Candidate Forum on Sunday.

He responded to the question of repealing it, “why would we repeal it, let’s tweak it.”

On Tuesday at the KTWU Debate in Topeka, when questioned if he would have voted for or against Obamacare if given the opportunity he remarked, “I don’t know, I wasn’t there for the discussion.”

And four days ago on Sunday he said he thought a single payer system was the logical choice but politics of the day prevent it from happening.

Congresswoman Jenkins position was once again consistent with her support to repeal it and replace it with measures that make healthcare more affordable for all Americans.

Kansans have yet to get a straight answer from Tobias Schlingensiepen on Obamacare and one must conclude that his true opinion on the matter is so radically out of touch with eastern Kansans that he is afraid to tell Kansas voters his real opinion one of the biggest changes to federal law in decades.
